Love Culture Returns Policy


Cancelling your order

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from clothing4culture.com, for a full refund. However, this will not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must inform clothing4culture.com via email to customercare@clothing4culture.com within 7 days clearly stating your order number.

For orders that are ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

Return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. The product must be in a saleable condition absent of any stains or strong odours, otherwise the product will be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. clothing4culture.com will not be liable for the cost of returning items.

Exchange an item

If you would like to exchange an item, please e-mail us at customercare@clothing4culture.com and let us know what you would like to exchange. After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue an exchange item. You can purchase a new item at any time as a separate transaction.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. clothing4culture.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customercare@clothing4culture.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item.

If you receive an incorrect item.

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact customercare@clothing4culture.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Help to ensure the quality of our products.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

Orders placed after 3pm will not be shipped until the next day.

Please allow 7-10 days for orders placed in the U.K. and 10-14 days for orders placed overseas.
